Two Albanian citizens have been sentenced to prison by a Court in Great Britain after they were caught with a significant amount of cocaine and "cash".

Orest Malushi, 44, and Olsian Vogli, 31, were caught outside an apartment Vogli was using as a warehouse where police found £100,000 stashed away.

The Albanians were respectively sentenced to two years and six months and five years and four months at the Harroë Croën Court on January 9 for offenses related to drug trafficking.

The Albanian nationals were being investigated by officers from the Organized Crime Partnership (OCP), a joint unit of the National Crime Agency and the Metropolitan Police Service.

The pair were arrested near Malushi's car in Hendon in July last year by OCP officers who had them under surveillance.

The boy was seen going in and out of a flat in Caversham Road, Colindale, which he used as a hideout shortly before his arrest. OCP officers searched a black backpack he was carrying, which contained half a kilogram of cocaine.
