Numerous forces of the State Police, including those of RENEA, were seen today in the city of Vlora, four days after the sniper attack that took the life of a 22-year-old man.
Police forces have been seen at the entrances and exits of the coastal city carrying out numerous checks. Controls were also carried out in some apartments, while the number of people escorted for the serious incident has so far reached 30.
The day before, the director general of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, also went to Vlora. Even the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, reacted by asking the police to draw up a plan of measures for detailed checks.
The track where the investigations are focused is that of revenge. Gëzim Sinomati was the son of Sokol Sinomati who is in prison for murdering a person in the 2000s. He was a member of the Gaxhai gang that operated in the coastal city in the 97s.
