According to media reports, the Special Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations into the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari.

It is learned that SPAK has requested the Central Election Commission for a copy of the self-declaration form of Mayor Hajdari.

The suspicions are that despite the fact that the CEC did not ban his candidacy, SPAK is investigating him for falsification of the decriminalization form.

The Mayor of Kuçovo, Kreshnik Hajdari, was convicted by Greek justice for the charge of "Illegal Border Crossing".

Hajdari won the second mandate in the May 14 elections.

The decision for the punishment of the mayor Kreshnik Hajdari was given in 1999 by the judge of the criminal court of Ioannina, Nicolaos Raptis.

The judge found him guilty and sentenced Hajdar to 1500 drachmas. What penalizes Hajdar in this case is the fact that he did not declare this sentence in the decriminalization form, but the mayor gave another legal explanation for his case.
