The media have published details from Alma's testimony. K, the girl in the video scandal with the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici. Alma. K says that he only went to the office with Gjici twice and accepted oral sex willingly, as he thought that his partner loved him.

"This time the action on my part was not forced, since I am single and I was thinking maybe that Gjici had started to like me" - Alma declared before SPAK prosecutors. K, the daughter of the video scandal with the former mayor of Kukës.

Report TV has clarified part of the testimony of the 40-year-old woman, who was caught by the police in Shkodër, and after being placed under the security measure of "house arrest", was sent to her apartment in Durrës.

According to Alma. K met Gjici only twice in the office. The first time, according to her, she presented the project about dogs and felt sexually harassed by him. When he went to the office the second time, he decided to have oral sex with the mayor himself, while he had also activated the video camera.

"I spoke with the mayor Safet Gjici the day before and left the meeting for the next day at 10:00 in the morning," says Alma. K. The next day, when the intimate scenes were filmed, she says that she took with her a bag and the files with the project that she requested from the municipality of Kukës regarding the dogs.

"Meanwhile Safet Gjici wrote me to go at 9:30 and I went to his office. I entered the mayor's office where I had the bag with the documents and the drink in a cardboard box with me. After entering the office, I left the documents in the file I had prepared on the table and the chairman told me 'Let's talk later.' I left the documents on the table and what happened next is what has circulated on social networks", says Alma. K in evidence.

Further, she says, that after the act was completed with her approval, the chairman called the vice-chairman whose name was Granit to the office, and I talked with him about the dog project. We exchanged emails and I would like to start the project in electronic format, concludes Alma. K. 

Meanwhile, Spak has discovered that the relationship between the former mayor of Kuksin, Safet Gjici, and 40-year-old Alma.K started about three months before the intimate video was made in the office. Even Gjiçi himself, when he resigned, said that he had an earlier relationship with Alma .K. But Gjici claims that despite this fact, the last meeting between him and the 40-year-old was organized by his opponents, to trap him. So far Alma .K, according to SPAK sources, has not accepted the cooperation with other people for the revenge plan, but the prosecution suspects the opposite.

The other track that is being investigated is that of the individuals who instigated and carried out the trap for the filming of Safet Gjic, in unethical conditions inside his office. During the search of her apartment, BKH agents found and seized the original video, and the device with which she had carried out the surveillance. On Monday, both Safet Gjici and Alma .K will appear before the court to familiarize themselves with the conditions of the security measure. Since Saturday, Safet Gjici, who has been arrested under the bar of the house, according to the lawyer, is in a very serious psychological state since the published scandal has caused him major family problems.

The woman, daughter and sons have not been seen at any time to accompany or support their man, already under accusation not only before the law, but also in a public trial. Regarding the criminal offense of passive corruption for which he is accused, the lawyer Pëparim Kulluri, told Report TV that in this particular case we do not have any criminal offense as there is no tender announced and no procedure carried out.
