Fan Noli University

The University of Korça, which for years has been faced with the reduction of the number of students and the closure of study programs, takes the first step to join the University of Tirana.

The Senate of "Fan Noli" University has unanimously voted the proposal to turn the latter into a corpus of the University of Tirana, which aims to increase the quality of teaching but also a better approach to the programs in front of the labor market.

After the decision of the Korça senate, the review of the request and the decision-making of the University of Tirana are expected, then the approval of the Council of Ministers will be needed to start the merger procedure.

Fan Noli University is the first in the country to move towards profiling, and its reorganization is expected to start next year.
