Thursday will also mark the peak of the African heat wave in the Albanian territory, raising the thermometer to over 42 degrees C. In terms of atmospheric conditions; clear and hot weather will prevail in the entire territory of the country. Afternoon hours will bring light cloudy passages in mountainous areas along the Eastern stretch. It is expected that the highest values ​​will be recorded respectively in the Districts: Elbasan, Berat, Gjirokastër and Shkodër where the thermometer will rise to 43 degrees C.

Air temperatures remain high both in the morning and at noon, fluctuating daily values ​​from 19°C to 42°C. The wind will blow lightly at a speed of 25 km/h from the West, creating low waves on the sea coast.
