The engineer and two workers of the building where the incident happened yesterday morning in Tirana have been arrested.

Elton Osmanllari, Erjon Kanto and Zef Kalaj, by profession construction worker, entrepreneur and engineer, were put in handcuffs.

The incident happened at around 10:10 yesterday, on the boulevard "Gjergj Fishta" in the capital, where the scaffolding of a building under construction collapsed, injuring two passers-by, 70-year-old HL and his daughter, 45-year-old with I. Sh.
