The member of the Municipal Council of Elbasan, Franko Hakilja who represents the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" has been arrested as part of the police mega-operation coded "Temple 2".

Franko Hakilja was arrested under the charge of "production and sale of narcotics".

As part of the second phase of the "Tempulli" police mega-operation, 273 people were arrested during 24 hours throughout Albania, suspected of being distributors and producers of various types of narcotics.

Operation "Tempulli 2" was mainly focused on areas near schools as the target of the distributors were teenagers.
