The million-dollar yacht of former KGB agent Vladimir Strzhalkovsky has arrived today in the industrial port of Saranda.
The $85 million yacht Ragnar was moored in the port of the coastal city, in limion, apparently for oil supplies.
Strzhalkovsky is a close friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin. They served together as KGB agents in Leningrad (St Petersburg today). Yet he is not on the EU's list of sanctioned oligarchs.

Last year, the Russian oligarch was unable to sail his yacht after being stranded in the Norwegian port because no state and private company were refusing to sell oil to him.
Mainly, yachts that choose the non-tourist port of Saranda, visit our country to supply oil and leave for other destinations.
