Prosecutor Kreshnik Ajazi, the current head of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office has presented his candidacy for the head of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.

Yesterday, Arens Çela also presented his candidacy.

The 2-week deadline to submit the candidacy has ended and Kreshnik Ajazi and Arens Çela are officially in the race to take the post of head of the Tirana prosecutor's office.

Ajazi is one of the leaders of the prosecution who has had a difficult challenge, as he has led the Prosecution of Elbasan.

Elbasan is known as one of the cities with the most dangerous criminal groups, and with the war waged by Ajazi it seems that the situation is returning to normal.

The vacancy for the head of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office came after the dismissal of Elisabeta Imeraj by the KPA.
