The serious footage you see shows the moment when 25-year-old Enkeleda Trungu drowns in a swimming pool on the outskirts of the capital.

The girl was in a pool with a boy and at one point while they were both bathing she started to sink.

Abcnews released the footage where Trugu gets into the pool with 33-year-old Orjolin Mete, who has a cell phone in his hand and films the girl's dives.

After standing there for a few minutes, while there is no one from the staff of the complex around to take care of the visitors who frequent the pool, the girl dives into the water and never comes out.

Also, from the footage it is also seen how Mete tries twice to understand what is happening to Enkeleda, who is in the water meanwhile. Although the boy looks around and calls for someone to help him, a little later the staff appear and start to dive into the water, while pulling the girl out of the pool. Then they begin to give the 25-year-old artificial respiration, to make it possible to expel the water she had drunk. The young woman is now in a serious condition in the hospital, while the administrator of the complex, Ylli Hidri, is wanted. The latter is accused of "violation of the rules of protection at work". Meanwhile, the young man declared to the police that he did not know how to swim.
