The arrest in Durrës of Agim Gjin, one of the close collaborators in several robberies with Nuredin Duman, has revealed other details in the voluminous file that is being investigated by the SPAK special prosecution.

"Ora News" learns that associate justice Nuredin Dumani has spoken about other names in the city of Elbasan.

It is about Arben Lazen, the late President of the city's Football team, who, according to Duman, sheltered him and made available to him 1 vehicle which the arrested person says was used for the surveillance and killing of Emiljano Ramazan.

Arben Laze died in January 2022 as a result of a heart attack, while the murder of Ramadan took place on July 20, 2020 in Elbasan.

The order for this murder is suspected to have been received by Dumani from Erjon Alibej, against the sum of 100 thousand euros
 
. Dumani has told SPAK prosecutors that Arben Laze was the uncle of Erjon Alibej's daughter-in-law and had made available the premises of his warehouse, for hiding the perpetrators and the "Passat" type vehicle that was used in the murder.

According to Duman, the car was stolen and after 3 days, he was contacted by Erjon Alibej, who told him to hide it at the warehouses of Arben Laze, in the area of ​​Fushë-Mreti in Metalurgjik.

In this murder, Duman labels Elio Bitri as the main person who had undertaken to provide help by providing information about Emiljano, such as the place where he had his house, the service station and the place where he used to exercise.

The associate of justice has shown that when he went with "Passat", in the area of ​​Metalurgjik, he was waiting for Arben Laze at the train tracks, whom he followed from behind by car to the interior of the warehouse.

There together they covered the "Passat" with raincoats and left to the train tracks, where Elio Bitri then waited for him.

"Ora News" learns that Dumani told the prosecutors that while he was preparing for the murder of Ramadan, he was hiding in Fushë-Kruje, in a house near the bazaar, and that he stayed hidden in Arben Laze's warehouse for 3 days.

Sources at the SPAK prosecutor's office told "Ora News" that Duman initially entrusted the murder of Emiljano Ramazan to two boys from Fushë-Kruja, Besian Xhixha and Enver Diva.

During their stay in the warehouse, they demanded that Nuredin Dumani be a participant in the murder. But the latter refused and even found other people, entrusting the murder to Henrik Hoxha and his "nephew" from Fieri, Skerdi Tasi.

Communications between them continued with "Sky" phones until the moment of execution. Emiljano Ramazani was killed under his house, just after leaving the gym.

On the day of the crime, Henrik Hoxha and Skerdi Tasi were driving the "Passat" type car that Nuredin Dumani had left at Arben Laze's warehouse in Fushë-Mbret.

Henriku was the driver of the car, while Tasi got out of the car and shot 6 times in the direction of Ramadan, leaving him dead on the spot. The "Passat" type car was later found by the police of Elbasan burned in the village of Vidhas.
