A car accident resulting in the death of an infantry officer occurred at about 21:15 in Morava, Berat.

According to police information, the car driven by the citizen with the initials G.Z has crashed 75-year-old Asqeri Agalliu, who has died in hospital.

Preliminary information from the police:

At about 21:15 p.m., at the place called "Stan", Morava, a vehicle driven by citizen G.Z. accidented A.A., 75, a pedestrian.

The 75-year-old man, after being transported to hospital, lost his life.

The driver was taken to the police station for further action.

The investigation team is at the scene and continues investigative actions to fully determine the circumstances and cause of the accident.
