Shkodra was shocked this afternoon by an assassination attempt that took place in the Dobraç area, leaving two dead and two seriously injured this afternoon.

The victims were Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, and Flutura Basha, an innocent bystander who was traveling with her husband on a motorcycle. While Arlind Bushati, the son of Xhemal Bushati, the former PD candidate for mayor and the husband of the passerby who lost her life, Bashkim Basha, were seriously injured.

Meanwhile, RENEA entered Dobraç this afternoon, where it carried out numerous checks in the Bajraj area.

So far, there is no escort, but only witnesses and people who may know about the event.

So, sources from the hospital in Shkodra inform that Arlind Bushati received a head wound and his health condition remains serious because he has a large hemorrhage, endangering his life.
