Hamza Lici remained dead as a result of the shooting.

He is the brother of Ibrahim Lici, a very well-known character and accused by Albanian justice of several serious criminal events.

Ibrahim Lici is suspected of being the author of the murder of Endri Mustafa in Shkodër and was one of the 5 most wanted persons by the police in Albania.

In February of this year, exactly Hamza Lici reacted to the media about the arrest of his brother in Turkey.

Arlind Bushati, the 32-year-old who was injured in this Wednesday's attack in Shkodra, is the son of Xhemal Bushati, the former DP candidate for Shkodra Municipality two years ago.

The 32-year-old, at the beginning of this month, reported to the police that two people on a motorcycle had pointed a gun at him while he was on the Shkodra pedestrian crossing.

While in March of 2022, the building where the Bushati family lived and also had a business was put up with tritol. There were no injuries from the incident, but only extensive material damage. At that time, Xhemal Bushati himself denied having conflicts for the police.

As a result of today's event, Flutura Basha also lost her life, while her husband was seriously injured. They were hit by Lici's car after the latter lost control as a result of the shooting.
