The journalist of the black chronicle, Elton Qyno, said that the case of the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj, whether he has disappeared or it is all staged, raises many questions.
In an interview for Ora News, Qyno said that neither of the two is excluded, while adding that Martinaj has been targeted to be killed many times.
"The event about Martinaj and his disappearance has many question marks, whether it is staging or hostage-taking. It is said that Martinaj was taken hostage, but there is no video. The possibility of staging and murder is not excluded since Martinaj has been targeted several times killed. It was followed step by step in many cities of Albania ," he said.
The journalist emphasized that if Martinaj was kidnapped and disappeared, the police have this information and the arrested ex-officer Jeton Lami has information about where Ervis Martinaj was taken.
"I raise the question that if this individual was kidnapped without question that the State Police had information about where he was kidnapped and the police have information if he was killed. He was a person surrounded by the police. He paid them for any kind of service. The police and Jeton Lami himself has information about where Ervis Martinaj was taken.
If he took it from Durrës, then to the 'Black Bird' area and then to Shijak, then to whom did he take this individual? It turns out that Martinaj's last stop was Shijaku. Why aren't the police officers who picked her up and took her to a house questioned? They know whose house it was" , says the journalist.
Qyno further said that there are many doubts about Martinaj's case since the investigation is not being done by SPAK, but by the Laçi Prosecutor's Office.
"I have doubts that the investigation was left to the Prosecutor's Office of Laçi, and the case was not taken over by SPAK, which is the Prosecutor's Office that declared him wanted".
