Sad/ The director of Durrës prison, who was ordered to leave after Altin

The director of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions (IEVP) in Durrës, Etmond Llabani, has passed away.

He had taken up his position at this institution after Altin Ndoc's escape, taking command of the prison at a sensitive moment for security.

Previously, Llabani had also held the position of director at Peqin prison.

In January of this year, shortly after taking office in Durres, he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, a condition that seriously affected his health. Despite efforts, he did not survive.
