The Criminal Police Specialist, Arben Pjeçi , who committed suicide with his service weapon at the Durrës police station, has been escorted to his last residence. Colleagues, friends and family are affected by this event.

The pain for the relatives is great, while they say that this event was unexpected. The 56-year-old is remembered as a hard-working, honest and calm boy.

"There is no better boy to be found. I am a neighbor, a seder, an unprecedented one. We were neighbors, I was surprised last night, there was a big seder. Honest, honest, we were surprised when this event happened. I have my niece's brother-in-law . I also know him at work. There were no worries, but I was impressed that he was very sincere and honest. He worked alone. The door was barely opened, they found him buried. He had shot himself in the heart," say relatives and colleagues. .

A touching moment is when one of his colleagues bursts into tears, while saying that he had him as a brother.

"I have a lot of friends, I can't express myself. I used to take him here because I had a car, take him to Divjakë and go with him. I have him as a brother. I worked with him six years ago, I used to meet him here often. I consider him a great friend, a great brother," he says.

On January 25, the officer shot himself with the service weapon in a serious psychological state after being notified of the decision to finally remove him from the ranks of the police.

The release from duty was signed by the chief police officer,  Muhamet Rrumbullaku, after a final decision of the Durrës court that sentenced the 56-year-old officer to community work for minor injury after a fight with a neighbor two years ago.
