According to recent reports, Bayern Munich is considering the possibility of bringing back Turkish talent Kenan Yildiz, currently a Juventus player, to its ranks.
The 20-year-old striker has been one of Serie A's biggest revelations over the past two seasons, attracting the attention of many big European clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund. Yildiz was born in Regensburg and joined Bayern's academy at the age of seven, spending over a decade in the Bavarians' youth system. In 2022, he decided to leave for Juventus in search of more space for development.
In Turin, he has become an important element of Igor Tudor's team, gaining starter status and being considered one of the most promising players in Italian football.
Return to Munich, a difficult operation
However, a possible return to the Allianz Arena will not be easy. Yildiz has a contract with Juventus until 2029, while his market value, according to Italian media, is estimated at around 100 million euros.
At the time of leaving Bayern, his decision was linked to the lack of space in the first team, but even though the managers did not have much faith in him.
Now, with even stronger competition in the Bavarian attack, it remains to be seen whether the player will be tempted by the idea of a return to the club where it all started.
In any case, Bayern's interest confirms the ever-growing reputation of Kenan Yildiz, who has already become one of the most sought-after 'stars' of the new generation in European football.
