Alessandro Del Piero is back at the Bernabeu once again. The former Juventus legend, who received the Real Madrid fans' award in 2008, this time appeared as a guest on CBS Sports.

"Pinturicchio" gathered the first impressions of the protagonists of the Champions League match, which was won with difficulty by the home team against Juve. During the broadcast, Del Piero showed off the gift he received from the Madrid club for his return to Spain.

A brilliant Del Piero, in addition to gathering the opinions of the match's protagonists such as the goal scorer Bellingham and the coach Xabi Alonso, also wanted to show the care that Real had taken of him. In front of his colleagues in the studio — Carragher, Micah Richards, Thierry Henry and Grella — the former captain and number 10 of Juventus showed them the home team's jersey he received after the match: a Kylian Mbappé jersey, with dedication and autograph.

Del Piero usually brings “gifts” to the other members of the studio after his travels. This time, however, it was he who received a gift — a kind of tribute from a club that has always respected him immensely. The former black and white player expressed great pleasure: “I received a very nice gift. A nice gift from a guy here. It’s a wonderful shirt, a really nice gift.”

The pride and appreciation of the black and white legend was evident, and he even joked around a bit in the studio.

Someone pointed out that Mbappé had failed to score against Juventus, teasing him: “The only problem is that he failed to score against Kelly, Rugani and Gatti.” But Del Piero had the answer ready: “He didn’t score, but he played well. So thank you Kylian and Real Madrid.”

Beyond the jokes, everyone acknowledged the value of the gift for the former black and white captain, who closed with a promise: "On the next trip I will find something for you."

This time, too, the trip to Madrid proved special for him — even though he didn't wear sports shoes.
