An incident took place in the Assembly, where MP Flamur Noka hit an operator who, according to Noka, was filming the MPs' phones with the Assembly's regulations.
Noka said that the camera was focused on the phone of the head of PD, Sali Berisha , who had opened a denunciation video on Whats App.
Regarding the action of the democratic deputy, the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla also reacted, who pointed out to Noka and said that respect must be shown to the free media.
"I also have a remark to you Mr. Noka, you cannot react to the media like that by shooting at them with the regulation of the parliament. Respect to the free media, I can't stay without reacting when I see such an action. They are not my cameramen, but those of the free media", said Nikolla.
On the other hand, deputy Noka said that it is shameful to film the phones of parliament members. " It is a shame that MP's phones are filmed ", said Noka.
