Prime Minister Edi Rama said from Gjirokastra that the minimum wage will increase up to 40,000 lek faster than it was predicted.

" We will raise the minimum salary to 400,000 ALL. We must raise all the salaries of state employees. We do not have another package, but we have made a sustainable growth.

In the 2023 budget, we will place a special funding to cope with the situation. We will have double the budget of 2013" , said the head of the Albanian government during a meeting with tourist and hotel operators.

Rama further emphasized that the price of energy in our country has not changed while he added that the Albanian government is becoming a shield for the citizens.

According to the head of the government, this winter is expected to be the hardest since the Second World War, because Europe's energy resources have been limited.
