Focusing on the tourism sector, the head of the government had a conversation with the owner of a hotel in Gjirokastër, who indicated that this year was a successful year, as they welcomed many tourists.

As a sign of hospitality, the hotel owner offered the head of the government to try the hotel's traditional food for breakfast, cooked by the hostesses of Gjirokastra, such as trahanaja. But Rama refused, claiming that he eats very little.

Owner:  It was an old building. We adapted it with a lot of work. I had a hotel in Gjirokastra below and working for 15 years in tourism and built this one up here. We have tried to stay close to him. We tried and we succeeded.

Gjirokastra is full of tourists and this year it was absolutely bomb. It has been the best year, the season is going on so long that we are not resting yet. With the Bypass and parking, it will be great. We have increased the salaries.

Rama:  How much does that girl get?

Owner: She receives 350,000 lek per month, but she is a student now she has arrived.

Worker:  There is no comparison to work like in your country. I'm at home with my parents with your people. I can get paid there, but the living is not the same. It is better to be with my parents than to have money and not have my parents around.

The owner: We wanted you to try the trahanana and these other things of the women of Girokastri because they are very hospitable.

Rama:  I know that, but I eat little, I eat very little!
