Prime Minister Edi Rama today drew the sports palace in Përmet, where he met the young men and women of the basketball team and the table tennis club.
The Head of the Government was accompanied by the mayor of Përmet, Alma Hoxha, the Minister of Tourism, Mirela Kumbaro and the Minister for Youth and Children, Bora Muzhaqi
Rama accepted a "challenge" from one of the best players of the basketball team, but the result did not disappoint, considering that Rama played basketball in his youth. Both Rama and the basketball player made baskets, while the Minister of Youth invited the children of the ping pong club to play a game with the Prime Minister. "Come on, come on, play with the prime minister", said Muzhaqi.
Meanwhile, the prime minister announced that they are preparing the same uniforms for all basketball teams in the country.
"Sports Palace, Përmet - With the girls' basketball team and the table tennis club, who with passion and unparalleled sacrifice have managed to be today the pride of the city and tomorrow the elite athletes who will honor us in international events
School teams, according to the program dedicated to the promotion of sports, have been continuously supported by municipalities with basic material infrastructure" writes Rama alongside the video on social networks.
