Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke from the pulpit about the draft resolution that both political parties agreed on yesterday afternoon, while he said that it was the moment to bluntly say what he thinks about Kosovo.

Rama emphasized that this draft resolution belongs only to the Assembly of Kosovo to address to the international community, but not to Albania, which according to him is a NATO country, is a candidate country in the EU and has all the communication channels with the democratic world.

"Today we have been invited to a motion with a debate started by a draft resolution filed in the Assembly that came out of the same chimney of patriotic smoke, maybe patriotic, thread after the resolution of the Assembly of Kosovo on the tragic event where the policeman Afrim Bunjaku was killed by a Serbian criminal group. The Assembly of Kosovo is not only entitled, but also in its duty to approve resolutions of this nature addressed to international organizations where Albania is not a member. I ask, Albania, a candidate country for the EU, that has the seat and all the communication channels with the democratic world and its ambassadors, to whom is a resolution like the one that was proposed to us directed. Which parliaments of NATO member countries approve such resolutions addressed to the world? While they are part of it, what is the purpose of such an initiative?! Beyond patriotic propaganda, such draft resolutions appear as wood for the chimney against the government, sometimes as daily politics and sometimes as a call to the stage of Enver's victims to fight with the government in the Parliament of the 21st century. In which plan should we look to fit this category of motions with debates and preliminary fights like that of the last session with accusations of treason, the democratic world more than once. Rama foli më konkretisht për sulmin në Banjskë dhe të gjitha zhvillimet e mëtejshme.

“Në fund të fundit, edhe për mua është rasti që t’i shtjelloj gjerësisht dhe troç të vërtetat e mia për Kosovën, duke u nisur sigurisht nga agresioni kriminal i Banjskës. Ai agresion nxorri thonjtë e krizës së Kosovës dhe ia nguli m’u në fyt dialogut dhe shtet-njohjes përfundimtare të Kosovës, shfaqja e përhijes të së shkuarës me armë e formacione ushtarake, armatime të trafikuara për sulm ishte si kronika e zezë e një vdekjeje. Lajmi i vrasjes së efektivit ishte si një bombë që shpërtheu me forcën tronditëse të një sinjali, të përshkallëzimit të konfliktit në atë skenë. Ndez llampën e vjetër të krizës ballkanike në sytë e botës demokratike. Zhvillimi i mëtejshëm ishte tejet provokues. Fundi ishte shembullor, falë forcave të Kosovës që neutralizuan zgjatjen e paparashikueshme të konfliktit duke iu përgjigjur provokimit djallëzor. Epilogu i ngjarjes, shpallja e zisë kombëtare e Beogradit për kriminelët pasi i morën jetën një polici ishte shëmbëlltyra e gjallë e hijes së të shkuarës, e cila bashkëjeton me Serbinë që prej disfatës finale të 1999-ës si hija që e ndjek njeriun sa fillon dita.”

Rama tha më tej se thirrja e tij për marrjen e kontrollit në veri të Kosovës nga ana e KFOR-it lidhet me arsyen “pse rrjeta e kufirit në këtë zonë është e çarë nga të katër anët”.

“Kështu që kush e sheh sovranitetin e Kosovës të kërcënuar nga kërkesa ime për KFOR-in, duhet të shpjegojë pse rrjeta e kufirit në veri është e çarë nga të katër anët? Si hyjnë aq kollaj në atë zonë prej vitesh tanimë armatimet e panumërta?”, pyeti Rama.

Ai vijon me pyetjen se duke shtuar se çfarë garancish ka që vrasja e efektivit të policisë nuk do të përsëritet.

Problemi i vërtetë, sipas Ramës, është se pikërisht sovraniteti shtetëror i Republikës së Kosovës mund të lëndohet prej një rruge të tillë.

“Nuk është lëndimi imagjinar i sovranitetit nga rritja e konsiderueshme e trupave të KFOR-it dhe vënia nën kontroll real e atij territori, ku çdo ditë mund të sjellë një telash të ri anti-shtet për Republikën e Kosovës!

Po cili sovranitet iu rrezikuaka Kosovës nga shtimi i forcave të NATO-s në veri dhe si duhet kuptuar ky sovranitet, kur në atë zonë ndizet e shuhet konflikti sipas agjendës së individëve e grupeve, që jo vetëm janë një miks i politikës ultra-nacionaliste serbe me llumin e krimit të organizuar, po gëzojnë edhe mbështetjen e turmave të indoktrinuara dhe të varfëruara nga izolimi të banorëve të atjeshëm, të cilët ushqehen me lëmoshat e Beogradit e të tutorëve të krimit të organizuar, ndërkohë që shtetit sovran të Kosovës nuk i njohin asnjë autoritet dhe nuk i paguajnë asnjë taksë, e madje asnjë faturë dritash?!”, tha Rama.

Për Ramën, kjo mënyrë e qasjes ndaj një problemi kaq serioz, duket si një “alibi për të mbajtur gjallë burimin e konfliktit dhe jo si shqetësim logjik për sovranitetin e territorit të Republikës së Kosovës”.

"KFOR is not an invading army in Kosovo, but it is the unit of the international liberators of Kosovo, or do they not remember this anymore? - because time passes and when the other has been protecting your back for many years, after saving your head, there is also the possibility that your mind will lie to you as if the danger no longer exists, even if you saved your head without anyone's help, so you can it even seems as if the one who guards you is actually spying on you on behalf of the one from whom he saved your head !", emphasized Rama.

He clarified that KFOR will continue to stay in Kosovo, until the normalization dialogue with Serbia has been successfully completed, the final peace has been guaranteed and Kosovo has finally been recognized as a state by all.
