During this summer, the media "KosovaNews" has published a series of exclusive investigations related to the companies of the Devolli brothers, which shocked not only the public opinion, but also the institutions of Kosovo. The investigations revealed that the ownership of almost all of the Devoll companies, such as: Art Motion, KlanKosova, solar energy companies, etc. ended up with some other companies registered abroad and those with Serbian passports.

In North Macedonia, based on our investigation, at least two of these companies turned out to be registered as foreign investment (in North Macedonia) from Serbia. For the registration of these companies, Serbian passports issued to citizens of the Republic of Kosovo were used, with addresses such as: "Peč, Srbija", then "Djakovica, Srbija", seriously violating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

Although it is universally known that they are theirs, the names of the multi-millionaire Devolli brothers did not appear anywhere in the registration sheets of these companies. These companies appear to be owned by some employees of Devolle's firms. It was never understood from which of these "owners" of these companies registered in Skopje and henceforth the funds came to make millions of investments such as "Klan Kosova" and "Art Motion".

Persons completely anonymous to the public, such as: Kushtrim Gojani, from Gjakova and Valon Shala, from Peja, are turning out to be not only workers in their companies, but also very reliable people of the Devolli brothers. At least legally, these two appear as owners of two of the most powerful businesses of the Devils, "Klan Kosova" and "ArtMotion".

Immediately after the publication of this scandal, the actions of Kosovo's institutions, specifically the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK), did not delay. Initially, ARBK suspended the business certificates of Klan Kosova and Art Motion. Then, a commission set up near this institution identified 48 such cases, among them more than ten businesses of the Devolls. After the 30-day deadline for complaints passed, ARBK withdrew their business certificates, the Devolles complained to the court. The case is currently being handled in the Commercial Court.

"Klan Kosova" and "Art Motion" came out with an announcement that all this work was a "technicality" and that the necessary improvements have been made in Skopje, therefore ARBK should withdraw the measures it had taken in relation to them.

In fact, in the case of "Klan Kosova", in the Macedonian commercial register, in the registration certificate of the company owned by Kushtrim Gojani (which owns Klan Kosova), the address has been adjusted. But, in the certificate of the real owner of this company, in the "state" section, "Serbia" still appears.

However, in the case of "Art Motion", the company that owns it, made all the adjustments in North Macedonia, where the owner Valon Shala withdrew the documents of Serbia, replacing them with those of the Republic of Kosovo.

After the Macedonian company that owns Art Motion in Kosovo - KG Media Investment DOOeL adjusted the documents, removing those of Serbia and replacing them with those of the Republic of Kosovo, the owner of Klan Kosova - Kushtrim Gojani opens "Art Motion" in Novi Sad of Serbia, again with Serbian documents.

As it seems, the replacement of Serbian documents in the registration sheets of their companies in Skopje closed the way for them to do business with Serbian state companies, such as "ArenaSport" DOO and "Telekom Serbia" AD. According to this assumption, the Devils were forced to open new ways of doing business, even more direct this time...!

According to the data provided by KosovaNews, on 09.05.2023, the company "Art Motion Platforma" DOO was registered in Novi Sad, Serbia. This company is registered as a limited liability company, with registration number: 21911747, with headquarters at: "'Narodnog Fronta' no. 21, floor 2, flat 207, 21000 Novi Sad, Srbija".

The official e-mail in the data of this Serbian company is the official e-mail address of "Art Motion" in Kosovo: [email protected].

The sole shareholder of this company is the "Serbian" citizen Kushtrim Gojani, with address: "Hisni Zajmi, Djakovica, Srbija" and personal number (Serbian): "1510983944711". Company activity (according to NACE): "6110 - Cable telecommunications". The bank accounts of this company are with Raiffeisen Bank Serbia AD. Meanwhile, Kushtrim Gojani, through his own companies in Skopje, is also the owner of "Klan Kosova" shpk and "Klan Arena" shpk in Kosovo.

On September 9, 2023, REM - the Media Regulator in Serbia (like KPM in our country) has granted "Art Motion Platforma" two licenses for sports channels on cable. The Serbian media regulator REM has been criticized several times by European countries, because in at least two cases it has licensed Russian state televisions, and the latter have operated in Europe with these licenses, broadcasting with IP-TV.

KosovaNews has officially sent questions to the owner of Klan Kosova and also the director of Art Motion in Kosovo and the owner of Art Motion in Serbia, Kushtrim Gojani, to ask him that:

1. "Art Motion Platforma" DOO in Serbia, are you registered to operate in Serbia, or in the Republic of Kosovo?

2. Nëse ju operoni në Republikën e Kosovës me kompaninë Art Motion Sh.P.K., tek e cila jeni drejtor pse duhet të licencoheni nga REM (KPM-ja e Serbisë), shtet i cili nuk e njef, e pengon dhe frymëzon e mbështetë veprime terroriste kundër vendit tonë?

3. Kur e keni blerë programacionin e ArenaSport a i keni blerë si kompani e huaj (nga Republika e Kosovës), apo si kompani lokale e Serbisë, duke qenë se keni regjistruar me pasaportë të Serbisë?

Edhe pse i kemi dërguar pyetje në e-mailin zyrtar të z. Gojanit, të nesërmen kemi pranuar një përgjigje në formë të njoftimit e dërguar nga info@Art Motion.net (jo nga emaili zyrtar i z. Gojani), madje pa një nënshkrim të një zyrtari përgjegjës në fund (psh përgjegjësi për marrëdhënie me medie).

Gjithashtu, nuk kanë dhënë përgjigje se në çfarë mënyre i kanë blerë të drejtat e transmetimit nga ArenaSport në Serbi, si kompani e huaj (nga Kosova), si investim serb në Maqedoninë e Veriut, apo si kompani serbe me seli në Novi Sad.

Është interesant se selia e kompanisë serbe “Art Motion Platforma” është në të njëjtën adresë si kompania “Granolia DOO”. Edhe kur telefonuam në numrin e telefonit: +381 21 … që figuron tek “Art Motion Platforma”, na u lajmërua një punëtore atje në emër të Granolia. Kompanija serbe “Granolia”, sipas regjistrit tregtar serb është në pronësi të Esat Bojkut nga Peja.

Ne i kemi nisur pyetje z. Esat Bojkut dhe kemi provuar te kontaktojnë në telefon në lidhje me kompaninë e tij në Novi Sad të Serbisë. Deri në publikimin e këtij artikulli nuk kemi pranuar përgjigje nga ai.

Propaganda mediatike e Serbisë për rastin “Banjska”

Dy javët që lamë pas ishin shumë të bujshme me zhvillime sa i përket sigurisë në veri të vendit. Në 24 shtator 2023, në Banjskë të Zveçanit, Policia e Kosovës, në kuadër të zbatimit të detyrave të saj, goditi një grup të strukturuar terrorist. Më herët, në mëngjes të kësaj dite, ky grup kishte shtënë drejt zyrtarëve policor, duke e vrarë oficerin Afrim Bunjaku, sot Hero i Kosovës dhe plagosur dy oficerë tjerë policor.

Fakte që nxori ministria e brendshme nxorën sheshit karakterin e këtij grupi terrorist, personat e involvuar dhe shteti që i kishte organizuar, financuar e pajisur me mjete ushtarake e logjistikë – Serbia dhe presidenti i saj autokrat – Vuçiç.

Në anën tjetër, makineria propagandistike e Serbisë, filloi ti glorifikojë terroristët e vrarë nga forcat e rendit si “martirë”, duke thurur gjithëçfarë vajtimesh, spotesh, logosh, etj. Këto përmbajtje propagandistike depërtuan edhe në ekranet e vogla të qytetarëve të Kosovës përmes ArenaSport, të cilën e transmeton ArtMotion dhe kabllorë tjerë që këtë progrmacion e blejnë nga Devollët dhe operatori mts DOO – degë e Telekom Serbia në Kosovë.

After strong public reaction, the Independent Media Council was forced to react. One weekend, the KPM0 came out with a post warning that on Monday, October 2, 2023, it would monitor, and on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, it would hold an extraordinary meeting where the decision on this matter would be taken.

At Tuesday's meeting, the KPM ordered all cable operators in Kosovo to cut the Serbian Arena Sport channels until further notice. /KosovaNews
