"Stop, stop, because you are the first chariot horse", the minister
Elisa Spiropali and Luciano Boci

Minister Elisa Spiropali has been involved in a heated debate with Democratic Party MPs, because they accuse Prime Minister Rama of favoring Minister Olta Xhaçka's husband, giving him the status of strategic investor.

During Spiropal's speech in the Assembly, PD deputies intervened from the country, speaking without a microphone, but this seems to have irritated the minister. The minister told one of the Democrat deputies to stop, because "he is the first cart horse".

"It simply came to our notice then. There is a greater shame than your kennel that they have come together there to protect a man from the crimes and thefts he has committed and come out to this assembly and deal with every investor.

It's not a shame you… stop to rest, that you are the first chariot horse. Isn't it a shame, sir, that you abuse the interpellations in the Albanian Parliament. "A group of men shouting from the place that great shame, lower your voice" , says Spiropali.
