In the Committee for Production Activity, Trade and Environment was discussed "Examination of the draft law "On some changes in the law no. 8378, dated 22.7.1998 "Road Code of the Republic of Albania".

He also emphasized that the changes in the country are necessary and the speed limit in the first three years of the license for young drivers reduces the number of accidents.

" I think that the changes related to the speed limits of the first time patentee are restrictions that refer to the Italian model. I believe that in the first three years there should be a speed limit in order to reduce accidents.

Another important thing is that every day the number of specialists is decreasing and I think that posting from 65 to 70 years old is necessary. This is not a political initiative, and I would ask for the awareness of the deputies to pass this within July in order to come to the aid of all citizens ", said Balla.
