The chief democrat asked the heads of the capital's branches to increase their activity on social networks in order to convey the message to the voters.

"Let's completely reverse the situation in social networks. We must dominate! The indicators are very good, but we have to appreciate this. You will insist on our membership. Let's do everything for the maximum use of social networks.

Take it out of your mind, that you often hear that you can't win with Facebook. Victory is complex and I tell you that you can't win with Facebook alone, but even without communication it's very difficult to win. You should be very clear about this and history has proven that where the big media are not in favor of the opposition, the use of social networks by the opposition has been decisive and they have won the elections by dominating. Do we have the big media? No. They are not in favor.
