DP MP Dashnor Sulo, in a reaction on Facebook, stated that the Constitutional Court accepted the lawsuit filed by a group of MPs for the removal of the Food Price Board and that a decision is expected on January 31.

Sula says that the Transparency Board in its composition only has representatives from businessmen and government officials, adding that there is no sign of reaction to the oil price board that was hit earlier.

I am happy to make my first public reaction to inform the citizens that the Constitutional Court has accepted the lawsuit filed by us, a group of deputies for the removal of the Food Price Board, and a decision is expected on January 31.

The Transparency Board in its composition only has representatives from businessmen and government officials. There is no representative from ordinary citizens. That structure is illegal and does not protect the interest of citizens.

I appeal and wish that the Constituent Assembly, each of its members will live up to the oath they took before going to that office. To protect the constitution and the interest of the citizens.

In the meantime, I want to share a concern I have with the Constitutional Court.

On September 6, together with my colleague Dhurata Çupi, we filed a lawsuit against the Board for the price of oil in court. While about 2 weeks later, with my colleague Bledion Nallbati, we filed a lawsuit against the Food Price Board. So first we complained about the government's decision about the price of oil and then about food.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court has considered and will decide whether or not to continue the work of the Food Price Board. Meanwhile, for the oil price board that was hit earlier, there is no sign of reaction. I hope that after this there will be no dark influence from those known as the "black gold" oligarchs.
