Kim's message to the judges: You've lined your pockets and the
Yuri Kim

US Ambassador Yuri Kim has given strong messages to anyone who is against the Justice Reform.

" The court has undergone fundamental changes since its inception and you are committed to a change.

The reforms that took place in 2016 were very difficult, but necessary, and thanks to these changes, the GJK is able to do its job.

The US is proud to have supported the Court through these difficult times, from Vetting to the triumphant selection of judges, and I welcome the day when the court fills every vacancy with qualified judges.

The Justice Reform is giving real results, it is moving forward, those who oppose this progress, those who would like to have no results are doubling their efforts, they would like to drag Albania back to the past, at a time when the judges were bought and threatened.

I tell you stop, the time to make phone calls to send emissaries, gifts and threats, threatening to expose dark secrets from the past, form the basis for another dark secret, this time is over.

This time is over. You have filled your pockets and your children's.

Stop it! Albanian citizens must believe that there is justice in Albania, that there is a brighter future. There is punishment for those who commit crimes, everyone is equal before the law. Every court must do this, every prosecutor must do it. Stop being afraid of these threats. Do your job. Let the Albanian citizens believe .", said Yuri Kim.
