The former deputy of the SP, Besnik Baraj, has opposed the position of Prime Minister Edi Rama, regarding the teachers' protest, rejecting the increase in their salary.
In a post on social networks, Baraj says that teachers' salaries should be increased and that this category of society should be supported by the government.
After Prime Minister Rama's attacks on lecturers, the former socialist deputy asked not to throw mud at professors, stressing that their salaries should reach at least the level of lecturers in Kosovo.
Full reaction:
The standard of each country is mainly defined by three public services, education, health and police service (security). All these sectors need a complete wage reform. In this way, it will be possible to stop the bleeding of doctors, young teachers and youth in general. At a minimum, salaries should be the same as in Kosovo and neighboring countries.
As far as corruption is concerned, it is a scourge that has affected all layers, but I can say one thing for sure that agriculture is the least affected part in relation to the state and political structures. These days, the nanotechnology congress took place, where scientists from 26 countries participated. Prof. was also invited. Dr. Dhimitër Bello, former student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, today vice dean at the University of Massachusetts. With emotion and a loud voice, he said: "I turned 50 years old, but I have yet to meet a team of professors like that of FSHN with dedication, honesty and knowledge. Today, he added, even in the USA, school has turned into a business". Every faculty had such lecturers in those years. Even then, they were superior from every point of view to the political layers. Even today, I think, the professorship is the most honest part. He needs to be supported with funds, with legal changes, with the removal of bureaucracy, giving more powers to the department and professorship. Without a doubt, let him undergo audits and controls.
There is no forest without pigs, but you can never throw mud on them as a whole. This is the same as smearing the entire Albanian society. The teacher enters every home through the students. Throwing mud at the teacher, splashes the student, and even makes the parents dirty. You tell him to leave this place, we don't educate you! This country needs positive role models, you can find them everywhere if you look. Enough with the mud!!!
