Report Tv brings new facts that raise serious suspicions of a corruption and money laundering scheme by Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, including Monica's brother, Drini Kryemadhi, his mother Fatime Kryemadhi, Drini's father-in-law (Nuri Peti), the construction company Tirana DKK with nephew: J61902088N as well as the car testing company SGS, favored by Meta when he was in power.

Drini Kryemadhi and his mother Fatime Kryemadhi, who is said to have sold onions in Student City, financed the SMI and Monika Kryemadhi. Selling onions is an honorable job, but you can't make millions!

On the other hand, Drini Kryemadhi was paid by the vehicle testing concession company SGS, an abusive concession monitored by Ilir Meta through Edmond Haxhinastos, not taking measures for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by the company.

Large sums of dubious money have circulated among members of the Kryemadhi family, including the SGS, which was paid with Albanian money. The construction company Tirana DKK also appears on the stage, which sometimes passes in the name of Drini Kryemadhi, sometimes in the name of his father-in-law Nuri Peti, who is suspected of a relationship of financial interests with SGS.

SGS gives 360 million ALL to Drini Kryemadhi

After Ilir Meta joined the government of Sali Berisha, his brother-in-law Drini Kryemadhi, on November 21, 2013, started working as a mechanic at the SGS car testing concessionaire, with a salary of about 4 thousand USD per month, higher than as CEO of SGS and about 4 times higher than other mechanics. From 2013 to 2020, Monika Kryemadhi's brother received from SGS about 360 million new salaries and bonuses. Monika's brother closes the payments with a reward of 30 thousand USD from SGS in December 2020. Drini Kryemadhi is suspected of not going to work at all, but this claim remains to be proven by SPAK, if it will start investigations. On the other hand, it is proven that Ilir Meta had an impact on the monitoring of the implementation of the concession contract by SGS, after controlling the Ministry of Transport through Edmond Haxhinastos and Sokol Dervishi.

Monica's brother shares stock with his father-in-law

A few months after being employed at SGS, Monika Kryemadhi's brother, Drini Kryemadhi, on May 13, 2014, bought from Maksim Demner 45% of the shares of the construction company Tirana DKT, worth about 180 thousand USD. Three months later he donates the shares to his father-in-law, Nuri Peti. On January 17, 2018, Nuri Peti violates the shares of the groom Drini Kryemadhi again, turning his back on him. The company turns out sometimes with losses and sometimes with modest profits, but it is suspected that it served as a mask for moving and covering money.

Tirana DKT received money from SGS?

Referring to sources, there are strong suspicions that the construction company Tirana DKT has entered into financial relations with SGS and that Nuri Peti has spent large sums of money on the groom, Drini Kryemadhi, Monica's brother. Since the financial relations between Nuri Petit and Drini Kryemadhi as well as between SGS and Tirana DKT are considered confidential by the banks, it is up to the law enforcement bodies to uncover this last link of this chain of money movements.

Drini Kryemadhi finances the SMI, repays the debts to Monica!

In 2015 and 2016, Drini Kryemadhi spent about 13 thousand USD in the SMI accounts. So, on the one hand, he received money from the SGS, which was favored by Meta, on the other hand, he financed the party led by Meta. On the other hand, Monika Kryemadhi states that her brother Drini Kryemadhi, in 2009 has repaid an overdraft worth 20 thousand euros. The source of Drini Kryemadhi's money for the purchase of shares in the construction company 180 thousand USD and 20 thousand Euros for the repayment of the debt for Monika Kryemadhi is not known.

Fatime Kryemadhi, who sold onions, finances her daughter Monica

Monika Kryemadhi's mother, Fatime Kryemadhi, is also involved in the money circulation. The latter has transferred to Monica's bank account 13 million old lekë in a case in 2014, a year in which Mrs. Kryemadhi declares that 13 wire apartment apartments in Lapraka with an area of 1.4 thousand m2. It is not known what is the source of this money of Fatime Kryemadhi, for whom her friend, former political persecuted Ajtanga Lubonja, has confessed that they sold onions together in the Student City.

But did Monika Kryemadhi really need 13 million lekë of her mother, in the conditions when she had created a fortune worth millions of euros?

Have Fatime and Drini Kryemadhi entered the game fictitiously only for the formal justification of banking transactions and that the money actually has another source, such as 1.2 million USD thrown for lobbying in the US ?!

SGS used Monica's brother as a shield for violations

The vehicle testing concession company (2009 - 2020) has not fulfilled the contract signed with the Ministry of Transport, especially for investments. The company took the assets of the DPSHTRR, put a dye in the state checkpoints, collected millions of euros and fled. During the 10-year period, Ilir Meta has fully and partially controlled for 7 years the Ministry of Transport and the directorate of patents and license plates, through Edmond Haxhinastos and Ylli Spahiu.

Why did the representatives of the SMI, part of the executive, not take measures against SGS to fulfill its contractual obligations?

It is clear that SGS has used Monika Kryemadhi's brother as a shield to escape accountability, control and breach of contract. Since SGS paid Monica's brother, Meta's confidants, Haxhinasto and Ylli Spahiu, could not protect the public interest before the private interests of SGS./ shqiptarja.com
