The permit for the December 6 protest was refused, Berisha: Null decision, the
Sali Berisha

Yesterday, the police said "No" to Sali Berisha to protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office on December 6, a day that coincides with the arrival of European leaders in Albania, within the framework of the EU-Western Balkans Summit.

Today, in a conversation with citizens on Facebook, Berisha emphasized that this is a null decision and will not be taken into account by the opposition people, who will fill the square like never before, according to him.

"The police announced that they do not recognize the Constitution and the laws of the country. Regarding this announcement, I remind these vassals of Edi Rama that the Constitution does not recognize restrictions on protests and citizens' freedoms.

In addition, there is a decision of the CJK in which it decides that the protester has no obligation to turn to and notify the police.

Thirdly, the State Police is treating the summit of EU leaders as if all the world's dictators were gathered here at a time when all those who come to Tirana, except for Rama, are elected by the free vote of their citizens.

I publicly request that the right of Albanian citizens to protest be rejected. That rejection is null, it shows the true face of this regime that is terrified of the opposition people that on December 6 will fill the Boulevard like never before in its history. At 12:00, all those who have the European dream as their main dream will flood," said Berisha.
