The head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, said in an interview for Euronews that former prime minister Sali Berisha and former president Ilir Metaj are being investigated for the files found in SPAK. 

The case of Gërdec is under investigation and whoever is responsible will answer. The investigations into Berisha for Non-Grata started before the US requested it, those responsible will be brought before the law if they are responsible. Investigations into the former president, Ilir Metaj, for LSI lobbying are continuing,' said Kraja.
