The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, from the rostrum of the Assembly has called on the Albanians to stand up and join the Democratic Party in the July 7 protest to overthrow Edi Rama from power.

"I call on citizens and businesses, professionals to join the July 7 protest in Tirana. Join us, because this gentleman has only one goal, your bankruptcy and departure from Albania.

I have a fraternal call for immigrants, join the protest. Every immigrant should have the right to vote. Emigrants have brothers and sisters in Albania, they should be in protest on July 7.

Only protest would be the answer deserved. "I am self-critical about the owners, but I urge them to join us," he said.

At the moment when Sali Berisha was speaking in the Assembly, Lulzim Basha came in, as the cameras focused on listening to him attentively, but it is not known if he will join the July 7 protest.
