The State Commissioner for Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi, talks about the situation in DP and its registration in the elections, at a time when there are 2 parties that claim to have the leadership of the Democrats. For this, Celibashi has found himself in difficulty, since he does not have an answer.

"I don't have any kind of answer, we don't know how the situation will be with the registration. It would be unethical and incorrect to present the decision without taking it, when this issue will be discussed there will be transparency, for this issue, but this is not the moment, then each of us has an opinion", said Celibashi .

He said that there is a plan to do electronic voting in 6 other municipalities, except Vora, but this would cost 3 billion ALL.

"Electronic voting will take place in Vorë, it can be expanded to 6 municipalities, Tirana, Durrës, Vlora, Elbasani, Shkodra and Fieri. We have requested that if there will be electronic voting, the parties agree, and if it is money, we have done this account and 6 other municipalities and the cost is 3 billion ALL, if we have this money and the parties agree that this process should take place, electronic voting in these municipalities as well. If not, we cannot do it", said Celibashi.
