The race for the Municipality of Tirana is starting to get serious.

After the controversial candidate Kujtim Gjuzi, lawyer Adriana Kalaja is the next candidate who will enter the primaries of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Tirana.

DP has announced that Kalaja will formalize the candidacy today.

"At 11.15 am, lawyer Adriana Kalaja will present her candidacy for the primary for the Municipality of Tirana", announced PD.

So far in the race Belind Këlliçi, Gert Bogdani and Ilir Alimehmeti have formalized their candidacy for Tirana, while the candidacy of Kujtim Gjuzi is expected to be formalized.

The deadline to submit the candidacy for the primary for the Municipality of Tirana is November 6, at 20:00.

With the entry of Kala into the race, Veliaj is seriously jeopardizing the post.

She is known as a lawyer who threatened the US ambassador in Tirana, Yuri Kim, and started a petition against her. Apparently this was the "reward" the party had in store for him.
