The Court of Appeal has set the date for the case of the Democratic Party. It should be noted that the case of PD regarding its appeal against the decision of 18.03.2021 of the Tirana Judicial District Court will be judged on November 3 of this year.

 Following the communications on the activity of the Tirana Court of Appeal, we inform you that: On November 3, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., the case with the applicant Democratic Party of Albania will be judged, regarding its appeal against the decision dated 18.03.2021 of Tirana Judicial District Court.

The court that examines the case is composed of judges: Irida Kacerja (rapporteur), Genti Shala and Emona Muçi. Ps this issue is related to the filing of the statute and decisions of the National Assembly dated 17.07.2021.
