At the press conference together with the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti after the signing of the agreements between the two governments, Prime Minister Edi Rama was asked by a journalist in Pristina about his position if he is in favor of Serbia.
Rama responded with irony, saying that he is "the brother of Serbian President Vucic".
"To come to my proserbiz, I am more than that, I am Vuqiiq's brother. But beyond that, I want to say that my point of view is that we do not need a Serbia so radicalized in today's context. We must do our best to increase all those opportunities that integrate this part of Europe that is not without reason also the most historically backward part to another level of economic and social interaction. I do not enter into the issue of administering the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. I do not believe for a second that our different approach to Serbia harms the ultimate approach or goal. There are two different paths to the same goal, which is the final solution, the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.
Having said all this, I want to reiterate that we have a relationship with Albin that is long-standing, very friendly and that will always be the case. It sounds like a joke to you, we are people with strong convictions. We are calm I think and this is shown by the fact that if you are when we are together and look at the volume of laughter and self-irony that unites us, you will probably be surprised and then you will say that no, brother, this is not Vuqiq's brother, this is Albin's brother ", declared Rama.
