The PD parliamentary group has started collecting signatures to ask the Constitutional Court to remove the mandate of MP and Minister Olta Xhaçka.

The news was announced by the PD MP Agron Shehaj, who has denounced with documents the benefits he is extracting from state assets, Foreign Minister Olta Xhaçka through her businessman husband and sister-in-law, who through documents has been presented as an investor American strategic. But, realistically, she is none other than Xhacka's brother's wife in this affair.

In 2021, the Strategic Investment Committee has announced a strategic investor the company AG.TCC shpk owned by the husband of Minister Xhaçka for the construction of a 5-star resort in Drimadhes over 5 million euros. With this decision, the Xhaçka family benefits from receiving public property in use for up to 30 years and free infrastructure from the state.

Shehaj stated that Xhaçka has benefited from the decisions of the Prime Minister of Rama, becoming the owner of a resort in Dhërmi.
