Out of 127 agreements signed between the two governments, 75 of them have been realized, which have facilitated the lives of the citizens. This was stated by Albin Kurti during his speech at the eighth meeting of the two governments Albania-Kosovo

He stated that they should turn optimism into enthusiasm as the meetings are sounding more effective. He also said that out of 127 agreements signed, 75 of them have been realized that have facilitated the lives of citizens.

"Welcome to this 8th meeting which this time is held in Pristina. In the last meeting we said that we are an optimistic people and we are all one. Now moving from one meeting to another, I believe we must turn optimism into enthusiasm. It is an organization between imagination and rationality.Challenges are numerous and the world political situation seems very aggravated, but we can read this situation more clearly when problems appear more openly not only in historical sources.

Our definition is simpler, our principle and strategy are unified when the big situation finds itself forced to declare its alignment. These meetings of governments sound more real and effective than ever before.

A few days ago we celebrated the liberation of Kosovo, commemorate the martyrs and fighters who came from Albania and the solidarity for the expulsion and ethnic cleansing. I want to rekindle the enthusiasm he had during the liberation war. This cooperation has never been wider because although there have been divided boundaries politically imposed, nature knew nothing when it distributed its natural resources in this region.

Relations between our countries are proof that when there are no unresolved political problems, success in all other areas is guaranteed. It is also evidence that integration throughout the region is ensured by solving political problems at the beginning rather than the end. 

I am pleased to announce that during these months all but one of the agreements are in force. They have facilitated the lives of citizens. We have a whole ocean of untapped opportunities. Out of 127 agreements signed in the past, 75 or 59% have been implemented smoothly, which is much less compared to 93% of the implementation of agreements signed 6 months ago. "We need harmonization of policies between the two countries in regional issues as well as foreign policy," said Kurti.
