"Wait a minute", Erdogan leaves Putin waiting at the Tehran meeting
Vladimir Putin waiting

A video distributed by the Presidency of Turkey shows Vladimir Putin waiting in the hall for a full 50 seconds for his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Russian President is seen a bit impatient waiting for the Turkish President, with whom he spoke face to face for the first time since the start of the war in Ukraine.

Unblocking wheat exports was the main issue on the agenda, while discussions were also held on deepening cooperation in several fields.

"The result we will get from here will have a positive impact on the whole world", emphasized Erdogan. But the optimism faded a little on the other side. Putin underlined that not all issues regarding the export of Ukrainian wheat from Black Sea ports have been resolved.
