Yesterday, FaxNews media with sources from SPAK published the article that: Elbasan incinerator/ Arben Ahmetaj is part of the criminal proceedings, SPAK responds to Fax News...

But the same media has deleted this news even though according to it it was with sources from SPAK , the question that arises is why SPAK distributes FakeNews news on FaxNews and then the media deleted them.

Who does this news serve and why are empty shots being thrown to protect the former minister Arben Ahmetaj  who is already with his shoulders against the wall.

According to the lawyer Genc Gjokutaj, invited to a TV show for the former minister and deputy prime minister Arben Ahmetaj regarding the Elbasan incinerator.

Gjokutaj has emphasized that summoning and taking criminal responsibility of the leading executive chain of all this should have been the first step taken by SPAK, since with such a delay, it has simply given Ahmetaj time to clean up the criminal facts that incriminate him.

Sipas tij këto veprime nga ana e SPAK Këto janë për t'i treguar shqiptarëve se ne po hetojmë ka 2 vjet, është filluar mbrapsht ky hetim.

Kujtojmë se kanë kaluar rreth 2 muaj që nga denoncimi e deri tek vendimi i prokurorit të posaçëm, Alfred Shehu, i cili refuzoi nisjen e hetimeve ndaj dy kolegëve të tij të SPAK-ut, Klodian Braho e Eneid Nakuçi, nën dyshimet se kanë fshehur provat që tregojnë pagesat e Klodian Zotos për Arben Ahmetajn.

Citimi i ndarjes së dosjes në katër akte të cilën e disponon VoxNews, rezulton një alibi e ngritur prej tyre. Fakt është që në asnjërin prej akteve nuk është marrë nën hetim as Arben Ahmetaj si individ, por as Ministria e Ekonomisë dhe Sipërmarrjes, që drejtonte në kohën kur është firmosur për inceneratorin e Elbasanit.

Dyshimet se ndarja në akte e dosjes është përdorur nga dy prokurorët Braho e Nakuçi për të fshehur provat që implikojnë Arben Ahmetajn, përforcohen nga fakti që në kompjuterin e sekuestruar të Klodian Zotos, ata kanë gjetur pagesat që ky i fundit ka bërë për akomodimin në hotele me pesë yje të Etleva Kondit, ish-drejtoreshë në Ministrinë e Energjetikës dhe anëtare e komisionit të vlerësimit të ofertave për inceneratorët.

Ndërkohë edhe pse kanë kaluar 2 muaj nga denoncimi i bërë nga gazetari Adriatik Doçi, çuditërisht Arben Ahmetaj ende nuk është thirrur për tu marrë në pyetje nga prokurorët e SPAK.
