Exclusive/ Who loved dead Joy from Kenya, broken ribs and hematoma all over body

Joy came from Kenya to work at a casino in Albania, but August 12th would be fatal to him. The 22-year-old was found below the nearly dead bloody palace, as Trauma doctors were about to declare, but fate was with Joy and she is still alive though severely.

Sources for VoxNews from the hospital told her that her brain has been badly damaged and to recover needs specialised treatment in Italy.

How the event happened

Joy left for Albania on February 14th, so she arrived here on February 15th. She was employed at a casino in the 'Air Albania' stadium building, she liked her work and everything until the moment of the accident. She was working the night shift on August 12, Saturday at 3 a.m. returned from the night shift.

Her mother was talking to her through the Whatsapp platform, on the hour it was her last message with the girl. The mother came to Albania after a month when the casino company paid her ticket and visa. She found her daughter in intensive service at the Trauma Hospital. She couldn't breathe nor open her eyes, she couldn't do anything.

The doctor told the mother that her condition is not good and that they have no hope that she will be able to breathe alone.
It took joy two weeks to get out of the vacuum, on October 11th he moved out of intensive service and we went to the ward. The 22-year-old from Kenya had an debate with her roommate and after that date, after August 1st, she was taken to another residence. They passed him from the residence where he lived, to the other residence where he was hurt.

One day Joy told his mother that a passer-by was following him from behind, that he didn't want to have a relationship with him, but he kept following her. Asked byVoxNewsif there's any indice, who wanted Joy dead she said there's no mother and that's what she left in the hands of the police.

Her friend's reaction to VoxNews

Lavi Linda the friend who cared for Joy said that: I was worried about Joy's situation in August I came to donate blood to her, the doctors told me she was going to die. They told me to stand by that she's in a serious condition, I talked to her mom and she came in September.

We went to the police with Joy's mother and they didn't tell us anything, now the guy's in the prosecutor's office and Joy's mother needed a lawyer. An NGO has contacted Joy's mother and told him they'll help him. I don't know more about this story, but what I do know is that there are three broken ribs bruised to his face, hand, stomach and arms.

About 3 months after the event, state police said it was her friend who made the statement on August 14 that she had lost contact and immediately launched investigations.

The reaction came after allegations that police kept him secret and did not attend the event to uncover the truth.

On 14.08.2022, a Citizen from Kenya made a statement about the loss of contact with her friend, citizen J. A., 22, from Kenya, a resident of a rented residence, on the road "Pandeli Evangelii", who was later found unconscious, near her residence.

"Në lidhje me këtë rast sqarojmë se Komisariati i Policisë Nr. 1 ka vlerësuar denoncimin e bërë dhe ka reaguar në kohë. Në përfundim të veprimeve të para hetimore për këtë rast janë referuar materialet në Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë, e cila ka regjistruar procedimin penal, për veprën penale “Plagosja e rëndë me dashje”.

Gjithashtu, sqarojmë se strukturat hetimore të Komisariatit të Policisë Nr. 1 Tiranë kanë kryer të gjitha veprimet hetimore të deleguara nga Prokuroria, për sqarimin e rrethanave të këtij rasti".

Kujtojmë se vajza me emrin Joy, e cila punonte në një kazino, ndodhet ende shtruar në Spitalin e Traumës në Tiranë. Ajo ka nevojë për një shumë të madhe parash, për tu dërguar në Itali për të marrë shërbim më të specializuar.
