Tirana is among the hardest cities to find a parking space. Added to this in recent days, oil has also been very expensive as today a litre sells for 2,300 old money.

But that's not enough, citizens also face the isolated behavior of some individuals in the uniform of the state who interpret the law according to their wishes.

Such is the case that came as a statement today in Voxnews.al, of a fine imposed by the road police in Tirana.

The punitive measure by the road policing worker, who Voxnews.al is identifying only by the name Alket, is based on Section 156 of the Road Code, where for this offence the projected fine is 1 thousand to 3 thousand leks.

The maximum fine, i.e. 3,000 dollars, is imposed in cases where it is proven that the tool has long violated the Road Code by parking incorrectly.

But in the concrete case denounced in Voxnews.al, strangeness is not just that.

The alket of the road police in the notes of the fine writes that the vehicle's leader was not in the car, while it was quite the opposite, according to the testimony of the vehicle's manager.

According to his complaint, the effective has made 'as if' he has not seen it and without any warning he has taken out of his pocket the block of fines by fattening 3,000 dollars.

"Stress about traffic, fuel stress, stress for fines. You almost died people," the citizen said on the Vox News page.

Beyond this concrete case, there is a general perception among citizens that police officers on the streets go out to meet the rate of fines and not to really punish traffic offenders.

And to build this perception have contributed over years effectively as in the case in question, which are sword-to-sword against citizens without wanting to know the difficulties in parking, or the price of oil that has gone as much as the French chicken.

Everyone is aware that fines are a means of avoiding and preventing the most serious violations of rules, which in many cases have also claimed lives on the streets of Albania.

But, maximum fines with cars off, perhaps in this period of all-price crisis for citizens should not be more restrained?
