Balfin Real Estate was one of the main participants in the Forum on the Potential of Sustainable Investments in the Real Estate Market in Albania, part of the Energy, Construction and Green Economy Fair held at the Palace of Congresses. In this important edition, the role of the construction sector in the transformation of Albanian cities towards greener standards was discussed.

In the first panel of the forum, Balfin Real Estate CEO Ledia Telhai brought the perspective of one of the most influential companies in the real estate market, emphasizing that sustainability is no longer a trend, but a standard that should guide every new development.

Telhai also brought to attention that BRE conducts a pre-selection and pre-evaluation of the projects in its portfolio, becoming a bridge between developers and the market, to bring to the table the voice of customers, their expectations for quality, functionality and sustainability.
