If it were for me, I wish that Ilir Meta had not been a collaborator of the State Security, but that this whole debate was the result of an intentional or not mistake with his file. Not that I feel sorry for him, since I think he had the opportunity to do a lot of other bad things during these 30 years, for which, not only was he never punished, but on the contrary, he was promoted and promoted in the future.

But I think it would be very difficult for the Albanian society to suddenly learn that the man, whom in so many years we have had as President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the Parliament and everything else, like no one before him, since the time of Skënderbeu, Ismail Qemali and of Enver Hoxha, having started his political journey as an ordinary spin of his classmates.

It would be humiliating for all these exhausting decades, even though the semi-democratic and semi-ridiculous state that we have built has leaks in other holes as well. That's why I want the opposite to be proven if possible. But my desire is one thing, while the truth is another.

Këta po që më dhimbsen, natyrisht, jo të gjithë me të njëjtën masë, sepse e ka secili një koeficient të vetin në varësi të hallit apo interesit të momentit, por ndoshta edhe të kapacitetit për të gëlltitur turpin me bukë, duke i thënë ik tutje çdo nocioni të logjikës më elementare, që i dallon qeniet e qytetëruara nga të tjerat.
