Then the victim Pjerin Xhuvani approached, stepped in and started pushing the person under investigation (his killer) with his hands, and after him Bodinaku and Klement Xhaferri also approached and continued to push him. Other police officers were at the scene at the time and did not intervene. Arbër Paplekaj, at the moment when he was pushed by the persons, pulled back and pulled out the pistol with which he fired in the direction of the persons who were shooting him ".
