Lawyer Ylli Manjani commented on the issue of wiretapping of members of the Constitutional Court on the show "Now with Erla Mëhillin" on Euronews Albania.

Manjani says that, despite the fact that "the Constitutional Court should be dissolved, this does not mean that its members should be wiretapped, because we are dealing with intimidation of decision-making."

"The practice of surveillance is a reality. But what was denounced here in this studio, that the Constitutional Court was placed under wiretapping... this is the end of the state. I'm telling you, there are many things there, it's not that simple, it's intimidation of decision-making. The Constitutional Court for many reasons, this parliament should dissolve, just as it dissolved the one for radio and television.
